Season’s greetings

It’s been a little while, but I just wanted to jump on here and wish you a very merry Christmas, and say thank-you for your ongoing support of this blog. I know I’ve been absent these last few months, while I’ve been devoting myself to motherhood and taking the time to enjoy these early newborn days – which are whizzing by ever so quickly…

Adam, Paul and myself are currently on a little summer holiday with family in Queensland. I’m looking forward to being back online and updating here on a much more regular basis in the new year.  In the meantime, we’re spending our days by the beach, in the pool and feasting on mangoes and cherries.  I know not everyone in Australia will be enjoying such a carefree time, with bushfires continuing to ravage huge swathes of the country and my heart truly goes out to those affected.  Our volunteer firefighters across regional Australia are doing an amazing job and I’m so ever thankful for their continued bravery, resilience and admirable community spirit.

Have a safe and happy holiday.  Look after yourself and those around you and here’s to another year of documenting the little things in life that make me smile.

Have a wonderful few weeks.

M. x
